Basic control actions involve inspecting raw materials for production, monitoring the production line at every stage of a product's manufacture and testing the finished products for quality, component safety, completeness, ease of assembly and labelling.
Each stage of the production process is supervised by employees of the Quality Control Department, who check the quality of individual tasks performed by production employees.
